Outside water supply - plastic unit joining riser to a pipe on a spur is leaking. Tightening it doesn't sort it out. And down pipe blocked somewhere so gutter stays full after rain and overflows. That's a ground floor job..

Repair toilet Clip broken internally on handle pully to cistern.

Leaking toilet We have 3 toilets in our house. All have small trickle leaks inside the pan where the water is trickling from the cistern. This is starting to leave a mark and is a waste of water. Can you stop these slow trickles? The source of the leak is visible The source of the leak is easily accessible

I require a bedroom radiator to be removed and a new one re-sited 2 Also a new vertical tubed radiator replaced in a shower room 3 Advice as to efficiency of existing radiator in bathroom 4 Repair to sink trap/pipe work in kitchen .

professional job, efficiently and tidily completed moving one radiator, replacing another and repairing a sink waste-trap. A really pleasant person. Very experienced but new to the area and a real find. Try David for a reasonable quote and a thorough job.

more pressure needed for the shower - i assume i have only gravity feed as there is no pump sound. flow is affected by water being used elsewhere in the house..
