Firstly a challenging bathroom in Christchurch!
This was a down stairs bathroom in Christchurch, it was to be reduced in size and converted to a small shower room (1.5m x 1.5m approx).Once the bath was removed the floor was found to have wet rot.
Dividing stud wall constructed with "Aquapanel" to back tiles in shower area.
The rotted boards, joists and plaster removed New joists plumbing and electrics in place ready for insulation and new floor
Walls re-plastered and tiling underway.
Under floor insulation added.
Finished room with toilet, corner basin, shower and heated towel rail.
